The OC1021 message in OMEGAMON II for CICS: Revisit and rewrite for customer clarity
I was recently contacted by my Level 3 representative and told about a customer who recently had a problem interpreting a message that was generated from OMEGAMON II for CICS. This message evidently has been out there in the OMEGAMON II for CICS world for a long time and some customers find it a little ambiguous.
