When you are deploying a few dozen RTEs with the many products in the IBM Service Management Suite for z/OS, you always want the jobs to run as fast as possible. And the recently released PARMGEN PTF (UA76016) has helped this by significantly decreasing batch run times. In my testing with 15 products I've been seeing a consistent 30% reduction on a z196.
