System Automation 3.4 provides a command receiver infrastructure that enables REXX/TSO programs to pass NetView, SA z/OS or MVS commands to SA z/OS for execution and to receive the response. The command receiver is able to dispatch incoming commands to a dedicated group of working tasks. This allows many TSO batch jobs and/or TSO users to issue SA commands at the same time. On April 7, 2014 IBM CICS Transaction Server for z/OS V5.2 has been announced with a planned availability date of June 13, 2014. This release includes support for stronger cryptographic ciphers per Special Publication 800-131A from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
