The SMF type 89 record provides information about product usage on a particular MVS system. A record will be written for products that have registered to indicate that they are running on the system. IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for CICS TG on z/OS provides Day 1 toleration support for CICS TG for z/OS V9.1 with no PTFs required.
