To take over the configuration of an RTE from another user, you just need to supply the GBL_USER_JCL, the RTE high-level qualifier, and your preferred jobcard information. The first beta download for OMEGAMON for APM V5.5.0 is ready! The first release of OMEGAMON for APM provided resource monitoring for application resources on the z platform. Specifically, visibility was given to z/OS, CICS, MQ/IIB, DB2 IMS and JVM application resources. OMEGAMON XE on z/VM and Linux Fix Pack 3 is now available for download from Fix Central. This Fix Pack contains the following enhancements: New workspaces that allow you to monitor CPU Pools in both z/VM 6.3 and z/VM 6.4.

With the release today of OMEGAMON XE on z/VM and Linux 4.3.0 FP3, you may now manage your z/VM LPARs from an Ubuntu Linux guest within that LPAR. FixPack 3 supports running OMEGAMON XE on z/VM and Linux on Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS and later. This is in addition to the current support for running on REHL and SLES. You will need to upgrade your ITM infrastructure to ITM 6.3 FixPack 7 in order to use this support.
