Using INGLKUP to determine why resources won't start or stop

Have you ever had a resource that won't start or stop as expected in System Automation?
There is a quick and easy way to check and see what is holding things up - using option X from INGLIST.
This option lists potential problems that might hinder the resource reaching the desired status. The display will simply show the resources concerned and a note of the potential problems that have been detected with them.
