The OC1021 message in OMEGAMON II for CICS: Revisit and rewrite for customer clarity

I was recently contacted by my Level 3 representative and told about a customer who recently had a problem interpreting a message that was generated from OMEGAMON II for CICS. This message evidently has been out there in the OMEGAMON II for CICS world for a long time and some customers find it a little ambiguous. I suggested that maybe I should rewrite the message information sections. You know, the Explanation, System response and User response sections that comprise the overall message. He suggested to keep the message text the same (code change, the use of a message identifier, I, W, or E,etc...) for now. So along with some Level 3 guidance, I constructed new words and provided more precise information to clarify this customer situation and hopefully cut down any support contact in the future.
The following updated message will be published in the Troubleshooting Guide for the OMEGAMON II for CICS component in the forthcoming release of IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON for CICS on z/OS:
OC1021 MVS nnn AND CICS yyy: UNSUPPORTED ENVIRONMENT
Explanation: The versions of MVS and CICS that are currently running in your environment are displayed in the message text. One version, for example, CICS, is not supported by this release of the IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for CICS on z/OS.
System action: OMEGAMON II for CICS fails to initiate.
