What logs are created on the target (endpoint) system when trying to install an agent using the remote deployment process, but the process fails prior to performing the actual installation?

There are various logs that are created during the process which can explain some installation failures.
On a Windows operating system:
If the installation just started and no <candlehome> directory has been recognized, the abort logs with go to either the default location of C:\I
If the candle_home directory has been found, then the logs are written to the <can
During the first part of the installation, the log is kept in a sub directory of the %TEMP% directory. Once the file copy is complete and customization has started, the log is moved to the <can
