Three weeks ago, we announced our 3Q2014 Early Access and Beta program for IBM SmartCloud Analytics - Log Analysis for z/OS.
Yesterday, we published our first Beta driver for this new program.

I was recently directed to a Technote within OMEGAMON for CICS on z/OS for V 4.2.0 and higher by my level 3 representative that outlined a condition when OMEGAMON CICS is configured to collect DB2 statistics but the CICS Interdependency Analyzer for z/OS is unable to collect the DB2 data and the application EXEC DB2 calls might have an unexpected return address when viewed in an XRMIOUT exit or a dump. Just heard from a customer... OMEGAMON XE for Mainframe Networks provided immediate value to the customer. The very first time that the customer logged on to the OMEGAMON Enhanced 3270 User Interface, they identified an application that had a high number of connection requests that were rejected. The application was not accepting the connection requests fast enough or was not configured properly.
Over 50K requests had been rejected. This may have been 50,000 customers that were not able to place orders, or 50,000 business... [More]

One tool that is available to you is option 'X' from INGLIST. Just use X for the cmd next to the resource in question and you will see the following screen:

IBM has announced the V5.3.0 release of the IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for CICS on z/OS product. The new release of the product provides additional exploitation of the Enhanced 3270 User Interface feature which will significantly improve the problem solving capability of CICS system administrators.
Some of the key enhancements to the OMEGAMON XE for CICS on z/OS v5.3.0 product include:
Increased problem determination capability with the Enhanced 3270 User Interface Near-Term History function.
