How to handle "Ping Session Manager Failed" issue while debugging routines in Data Studio 4.1.1

"Ping Session Manager Failed" is a very common problem for users while debugging. The possible reasons may come from : firewall blocking, port is occupied, the necessary stored procedures are not installed correctly, the session manager does not start up correctly, etc. The following solution describes the detailed steps to identify the reason and give user some options or suggestions to fix the problem.
From Data Studio 4.1.1 release, a new mechanism is added to debugger to diagnose the root cause of "Ping Session Manager Failed" issue.
When the "Ping Session Manager Failed" happens, a new dialog will be pop up. This dialog will tell user the most common reasons, such as firewall blocking and network is not available. If user want to know more detail, user could click "Diagnose" button.
As a while, the diagnose result will be shown with the fix suggestions.
User could click the link in the suggestion section, e.g. to change the port to an available one:
If all the suggestions do not work, user can click "Help" button in the dialog.
Then user could search for the solution or post the problem in the forum for help. By the way, except for the diagnose result and suggestions, additional information such as "Connection Properties", "Environment" and "Stack Track" are also helpful for resolving the problem, please click "Copy to clipboard" link to copy all the information and paste them in the forum post which could speedup the resolving process.
