If you run a BIRT report only to find that the BIRT report frame is too small for the browser window or the parameter window is cut off on the top or the bottom, there is an easy fix. The BIRT report engine renders the BIRT frame to be as vertically tall as the browser window’s vertical height. It does not shrink the report view or automatically adjust the report frame when the browser window is adjusted. To remedy this, simply expand the browser window to the desired height and width, then refresh the browser window. You can accomplish this by right clicking on the page (to bring up the context menu) and choose the option to refresh/reload the page. An alternative way is to use the shortcut key Ctrl+R. This will render the BIRT report to match the size of the browser window.
