Setup email notification in IBM Support Portal for RDi

The IBM Support Portal has a feature for sending you email notifications for the latest information on products including Rational Developer for i. 

It is very configurable.  You can choose which products you are interested in and you can also choose what type of information you want to be notified about.  e.g. new releases, new fixpacks, APARs, etc.

To set this up:

- go to the RDi Support Portal at http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/product/rational/rational_developer_for_i?productContext=219228721

- click on the 'Subscribe to support notifications' link under 'Tools and resources'.  You will need to log in with your IBM id (which are free). 

Once you have subscribed, there will be a link 'Manage your support notifications' (instead of 'Subscribe to support notifications').  From there, you can add additional products or configure what information you want to be notified about.
