How to upgrade RDi from 9.x if you purchased through the hardware channel (AAS, eConfig)

NOTE: Please read as the information on this blog post has been corrected.

Anyone entitled to 9.0 should also see 9.1 available on ESS.  If you do not see RDi 9.0 or 9.1, it is possible that you need to change the IBM i OS level to 6.1 or higher in order to see them.
