We are gathering some good resources to help those who have decided to purchase and need to navigate the product fulfillment process.
There is now a new section to the wiki on how to purchase RDi
It points to helpful primer information on different editions, license types and product fulfillment channels.
There is an intro to the ordering process for both channels complete with flow chart. This will be helpful for business partners or those who need to help their business partners.
For those who want a detailed listing of the differences between channels, complete with product IDs and upgrade codes, there is this more rigorous document.
More information will be made available as we go along, but this is a good place to start if purchasing RDi has got you lost in alphabet soup, or you are wondering why you have multiple customer ids, etc.
