Cannot use SQLRPGLE editing with SQLRPGLE members

I have RDi Version 9.5. 

When editing source, pressing the Enter key causes a new blank line to be inserted under the row where the cursor is positioned... usually.

If the parser association for SQLRPGLE members is ILErpgSql, and I have touched any line within an SQL statement, pressing Enter from anywhere in the source causes a line to be inserted where I last touched the SQL. The cursor may jump and insert the new blank line hundreds of lines from where the cursor was when I pressed Enter. More interesting, if I use PDM commands to insert lines ahead of the SQL, or copy a block of code ahead of the SQL, pressing Enter from anywhere in the source will cause a blank line to be inserted where the SQL used to be, even if the code currently at those lines has no SQL. Another person in our shop was able to edit my source without getting that result, so I suspect it has to do with my settings. I have no idea which setting would cause it. Thanks for any any ideas.
