One of the blogs that I follow is Walker Royce's blog If you don't know Walker, I'd encourage you to check this blog out. He writes on a variety of interesting topics and provides some interesting perspectives which usually hit some nerves .... and spark some great discussions.
His post today is the start of a series that I thought members of this community might be interested in reading. The series is based on a paper Walker and Murray Cantor are writing. The working title is Economic Governance of Software Delivery. I've heard both Walker and Murray talk about right-sized governance for several years ... so I'm looking forward to learning more.
