On ISIM v18.104.22.168, after installation of the Interfim Fix (e.g., IF0005 or IF0009), if you're trying to do a certain actions, such as opening the form of any member of Users (Manage Users), Services (Manage Services), etc, you may be getting an error as below:
Error: An error occurred while processing your request.
CTGIMU556E An error has occurred. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
Exceptions in trace.log:
Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:com/ibm/itim/ui/customizer/widgets/CustomTextEntry.setAutoComplete(Ljava/lang/String;)
There's a high chance that there's a step that might have missed when installing the Interim Fix.
Referring to the following README for IF0009:
On step #3: (3. REQUIRED):
- Take a backup of wcl.jar present in $ISIM_HOME/lib directory.
- Copy and replace existing wcl.jar in $ISIM_HOME/lib with one provided with this maintenance package.
- For a clustered environment, execute the above steps on each node of the cluster.
- Restart WebSphere Application Server for the changes to take effect.
So, if the above steps are missed, you may be getting the error & exception mentioned above
