vskinner 060000VKGS Visits (4174)
Thanks for being part of the My developerWorks enthusiasts group and welcome to the June monthly group update! This monthly update is intended to help you keep up with what's new in the group.
What's new - A few administrative details:
Change to Group Blog Permissions - The group blog permissions are now set up so that only owners in the group can publish a blog post. Everyone in the group is encouraged to submit a draft post, but it will need to be approved before it gets published. Just submit your draft blog post, then email me via My developerWorks and let me know you have a new blog post waiting to be published. If you write a blog post, be sure the topic is related to using My developerWorks, social networking, blogging, etc. If it's not relevant to the group, then it won't get published. If you want to write something but aren't sure it's a fit with the group blog, please contact me.
Move from Weekly to Monthly Group Updates - We're moving from weekly to monthly group updates. So, you'll receive an email each month with highlights of what's happening in the group. Each month's email will also be published in the group blog as a monthly update so that you can go back and reference it anytime.
