The course agenda includes a comprehensive study of various aspects of informatization and automation of city management, development and self-organization processes. The focus of the courseware will be how to use a systems approach and create a complex program to teach students how to deliver an overall solution to a business problem: from analysis, design and choice of software facilities to their studying and applying. Within the suggested approach, the course will include reviewing the following technologies: Data Mining, Data Warehouse, Text Mining, Business Modeling and Enterprise Service Bus.
