
ITCAM Agents for WebSphere Messaging: How to verify an agent has stopped on an i5/OS system
This is an FAQ item and provides the step-by-step instructions for verifying an ITCAM for WebSphere Messaging agent has stopped on i5/OS systems. Before you upgrade an agent to a new version on an i5/OS system, you must delete the old versions of the agent. Make sure that the agent has stopped before you delete it.
