Good news... the new ITCAM for J2EE v7.1.1 is GA on 07/18/2014 and publicly available on that date. You can use this new version to monitor newer releases of the J2EE servers using JRE 1.7. The older ITCAM for J2EE v6.1.x release is still available but you are highly recommended to use the newer version v7.1.1 as you can use JRE 1.7 now with your J2EE servers.
