By default, MS-SQL Server Agent attempts to execute commands and queries for functionality that may be not present or configured (e.g job and transaction history). There has been a few issues synthetic transactions after 22.214.171.124-IBM-IPM-SERVER-IF0007 or IF008. The issue was identified as an RPM install issue with rpm smai-synthetic_playback-ui-01.00.02.00-1.el6.x86_64.. Rather than pull the fixes an addition was made to the readme to reapply the RPM.
