On June 15th 2016, IBM released the latest Jazz for Service Management (JazzSM) offering version 22.214.171.124. In some ways JazzSM V126.96.36.199 is different from any of the previous releases for JazzSM. In the latest version of JazzSM ( ADMIN, REGISTRY and SECURITY ) services have been deprecated . While upgrading my JazzSM 1.1 environment, using silent installation method, I experienced some issues that initially prevented the successful completion of the process.
