Troubleshooting and my music collection

A few years ago my husband took our CD collection and gave them a new home in our attic. The space in the corner of our dining room that was once clogged with my sizable CD collection was now inhabited by a sleek little device called a “Media Server”. We not only had access to the music that was on our CDs, but were able to use the same device to access our burgeoning MP3 file set. Initially I missed the CDs. I missed buying CDs, the tactile nature of the physical media, and I just couldn't see how that little machine in the corner could replace the CDs I had grown to love.
I was told emphatically that the machine had great capabilities and it was up to me to explore them. It promised a lot more... it promised shared music collections, automatic music search selection, random music selection, and music grouped by genre and artist, but ...I wasn't so sure.
Moving my music collection to our media server could be compared to moving the Performance Management troubleshooting content to a new forum:
Now, I can tell you with certainty that I have grown to love that media machine in the corner. It is with these same feelings that I share with you the move of our troubleshooting content to the Performance Management forum.
