Tomcat monitoring agent analysis, where to begin

You're not seeing any data with the Tomcat agent installed in the APM environment? Where to begin.
Try running through these steps to see if the environment is configured correctly:
1) Login to the Tomcat console, and navigate through some menu paths there. It doesn't matter what path you take and there's no need to change anything. This generates some minor traffic.
2) Go to the agent system, and verify the agent is up and running with "cinfo -r"
3) Then run th
4) Open a support case with IBM Support and send us the pdcollect. We will review the logs and look for the *asfConnection* file and see if the first line in the file says CONNECTED or not.
5) Then we'll look in the Tomcat agent log (ending with 01) and see if the ROWCOUNT is > 0.
As for MBean data? It may be possible that the Tomcat server itself is not showing any MBean-related data. The first step is to login to the Tomcat admin console, and verify that. Send a screen shot or some evidence of MBean related data to IBM Support
