The APM UI console is not showing any information from any agents but we can see some events

The console is not showing any information from any agent installed (WebLogic and Linux) but we can see some events like the application
Symptoms: In the MIN messages.log can see messages such as
[7/3/19 17:46:00:893 CDT] 0000047d com.
These messages indicate there are no current partitions in the WAREHOUS database.
1. If possible you can wait until 2:00 A.M APM Server time and the S&P agent will create a new partition
2. To force the S&P agent to create new partitions right away (instead of waiting until 2 am APM server time), perform these steps:
a. apm stop ksy
b. Edit /opt
c. cd /opt/ibm/sy/bin
d. itmcmd agent start sy
e. Keep checking the latest *sy_java* log file in the /opt/ibm/sy/logs directory. Once you see the messages below at the end of the log file then the creation of the partitions is complete. Note: it may take awhile for the partitions to be created since there are alot of agent tables so be patient.

f. itmcmd agent stop sy
g. Edit /opt
h. apm start ksy
If the problem is not resolved do the below steps before opening a problem case.
1) Get the list of partitions by running these commands on the APM server:
su - db2apm
db2 connect to WAREHOUS user itmuser using db2Usrpasswd@08
db2 'select datapartitionname, tabname from sysc
Then provide the partitions.out file
2) Run collectLogs.sh again and provide the output.
