Stop of a single ITM Situation

In the past, there was the desire to stop a single situation on an agent. Very often sql queries were used for this.
Unfortunately, these commands do not work reliably and can cause various other problems.

There are many reasons why an agent might have to refresh the list of situations:
A) loss of communication with TEMS and later restored
In the ITM, a new function has been integrated which allows this command via tacmd command
tacmd managesit -s sitname -o START/STOP -n temsname
Not the same - allows you to start and stop situation on a TEMS [hub or remote] at a time basis.
Another way is to distribute the situation with a MSL. Here it is possible to delete individual agents from the list.
