NFS mount for deploy depot not seen by TEMS applications

This was one of those issues where all the usual areas had been checked, the NFS was mounted correctly and permissions for the users was correct, however ITM would not see the depot.

In the logs for the deploy command there was an error:
"Unable to load deliver_message proc, status = 5"

It was then found that a new mount of the NFS had been used. it was using on EMC Isilon, but
the old NFS (that worked) was on NetApp Filer.

This lead to the uncovering that the new NFS mount was 64 bit and the old one was 32 bit.

The ITM used was 6.23 so still uses a 32 bit Deploy binary and therefore can not work with a 64 bit NFS mount.

At 6.3 versions of ITM the binary is 64 bit and so will see and work with both 32 and 64 bit mounted NFS directories.
