Missing components under "My Components" for users with "Monitoring User" role

If you have associated new users to the "Monitoring User" role in APM v8, you likely noticed that these users are missing most of the components
from the default "My Components" application.
This occurs because Monitoring User by default is not enabled to see all the resources.
You can create your own application and select all the application components you want to include in your custom application, and this will automatically
The alternative is to change the configuration for the role "Monitoring User".
Under Resource Groups, you can select the application that you want to be showed into My Components also for users having role "Monitoring User".
Now you should be able to see all the available application components under "My Components".
