MQ agent disconnecting from server every 10 minutes

This is something happening quite often and so I'm reporting here a solution.

Basically the problem is that the MQ agent keeps disconnecting from the TEMS every 10 minutes.
Symptoms can be seen in RAS1 log as:

Also in the operational log you can see:

When this happens I suggest setting the AGENT NAME in the cfg file of the MQ agent itself to the name of the monitored queue manager.

So add:

SET AGENT NAME(QMGR1)

to the <hostname>_mq_<qmgr>.cfg in <ITMHome>/config dir.

Then restart the MQ agent to make the changes effective.
