ITM Agent Insights: Tivoli Common Reporting 3.X install fails with a Return code 126

During the installation of Tivoli Common Reporting (TCR) 3.X (one of the service in Jazz for Service Management bundle) the installation fails with a Return code 126. This occurs irrespective of the installation option selected either Full OR Custom.

The root cause is a lack of permissions. For the reported issue, there were no execute permissions on install.sh script under the TCRInstaller (install binary). Providing the execute permissions on the install binary will resolve the issue.
Once the following permissions are provided the issue will be resolved. These are the minimum permissions needed to get past Return code 126 error.
You should be able to get past the problem once this resolution is implemented.
