If you have installed ITCAM for Transactions Response time 184.108.40.206 IF0022 application support on TEMS/TEPS environment, the robotic content capture display no longer works.
( 220.127.116.11 IF0022 readme link, for reference: http
1. From TEP client, Navigator -> <RRT Node> -> Robotic Response Time -> Playback Status -> "Robotic Script Verification Point Failures" view, you select an event, and from the chain icon you launch the "Robotic Screen Capture" view:
2. you may then get a warning browser security certificate :
3. Then you authenticate to the TEPS using TEPS username/password:
4. Then the problem appears, you don't get the expected content capture info, but it goes into a looping mode, simply displaying "Loading" message, and nothing else...
This issue has been identified under internal defect # 31126, and is caused by a wrong ContentCapture.jsp introduced in Response Time 18.104.22.168 IF0022 Maintenance Delivery Vehicle.
To fix this issue, several options are available:
A. If you've got a backup of the TEPS environment that was taken before Robotic Response Time (T6) 22.214.171.124 IF0022 application support was installed on TEPS, then replace the current broken ContentCapture.jsp file by a previous version.
B. upgrade RT 126.96.36.199 to RT 188.8.131.52 application support on TEMS/TEPS
( ITCAM for Tx RT 184.108.40.206 readme: http
C. download from IBM Box a corrected version of ContentCapture.jsp; replace current ContentCapture.jsp by this new one:
best option is B. and upgrade to RT 220.127.116.11
ContentCapture.jsp file location:
TEPS on Windows: C:\I
(where ITM HOME = C:\IBM\ITM\ in this example)
TEPS on Unix : /opt
(where ITM HOME = /opt/IBM/ITM/ in this example)
Remark: this issue can be seen after applying other 7401 RT Ifix, like If0008 for example.
