13) Issue : The "Applications" folder does not appear in TEP portal.
Under TEP client GUI -> Navigator -> <T3 node> -> Application Management Console :
there is no "Applications" folder.

Sometimes, the above "Applications" folder attribute doesn't show up.
Possible solution :
a) check first that the t3 agent version and the t3 application support version laid down on All TEMS (Hub and Remote), TEPS, and TEP client is the same everywhere, using (kin)cinfo -t command and checking results from all systems.

c) attempt to reconfigure the TEMS, TEPS, TEP desktop client and AMC agent, using following commands :
on TEMS: itmcmd support -t <tems_server> t3
on TEPS : itmcmd config -A cq
on TEP desktop client : itmcmd config -A cj
on AMC : itmcmd config -A t3
d) this issue can also occur if you have changed AMC agent configuration settings, and have set "Exclude Robotic Response Time data" and "Exclude Web Response Time Data" to TRUE; Set them back to FALSE by reconfiguring the AMC agent.
