IBM Performance Management 8.1.3.0 Interim Fix 03 (8.1.3.0) availability.

Hello APM users:

The IBM Performance Management 8.1.0.3 Interim Fix IF03 (8.1.0.3.3 or 8.1.3.0-IBM-IPM-IF0003) is now available from Fix Central at this link:

 - go here, login (free registration) and download the tar file (which is 255.96MB in size.)

This is a cumulative Interim Fix for v8.1.3.0.  Simply download the file to a /tmp directory, untar it and run apmpatch.sh (see the README for details.)

This fix contains fixes for some important APARs (User authentication issues, Session lock fixes, VMWare Datastore dashboard fixes, etc..etc.)  Please see the README for all the fixes in this Interim Fix.
