Abstract

How to migrate WAS with ITCAM configuration?

Body

The cleanest way would be to unconfigure your current ITCAM data collectors from the current WAS version App Servers.

Restart the App Servers to clean them up.

Once step1 is complete download the latest maintenance for your ITCAM version and install and configure the agent and data collectors after the App Servers are updated to the new version.

Update your TEMS/TEPS ITCAM application support
