High percentage of HTTP Server instances (80%) showing "The agent is
invalid" for all data fields
When we checked the My Components dashboard application:
we found a high percentage of HTTP Servers listed there (80% - 83
webservers) shows status "Unknown".
When we checked individual HTTP Server instances on the dashboard from
the set with status "Unknown", we found almost all of them had "The
agent is invalid" for all data fields.
When we started checking webservers machines we found that most all had
active/running webservers and active http server agents.
To solve the agent node offline problem that happens after the upgrade, you must add the new HTTP server instance in the Cloud APM console after you complete this task.
