A quick and easy way to view different Agent attributes and details without installing the agents.

So you're evaluating the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) software and are thinking of buying it.  You are probably wondering what the different Agent attributes are or if there's an easy way to view them without having to install the different agents.  There's an easy way.  Dev has created an APM LiveDemo server where you can login and view data, including the different agents used for different applications.  Go here to this LiveDemo site, login with the default apmadmin and apmpass credentials.  Once you have logged in, go to My Components in the first left panel, and select it. Then select the agent you are interested in, and the instance name below it.

For example, let's say you want to see the JBoss agent and not sure how the panels look like for this agent.  Go to My Components, then select JBoss in the middle panel, and the JBoss instance name in the bottom panel.  You can now see screenshots/attribute details of the different panels and what information is collected by the JBoss agent.  If you want to see other agents, simply click on the agent directly, then the instance in the bottom panel.

This will give you a quick overview of the different agents and the data collected for each agent.
