Symptom: When there are two or more versions of IBM JRE(1.4.2 and 1.5) installed on the same machine, and use IE7 as the TEP browser client, and the users are trying to use TEPB (IE7) to connect to a remote Windows TEPS server, you might be experiencing the url redirect problem (either redirect to the localhost instead of the remote TEPS hostname, or redirect to http://hostname:15200 but failed load anything).
