When you encounter an issue with your registration or IBM ID used to log in to Watson Analytics or to the forums (required to post a new topic or add comments), please contact Support and we’ll have someone look into it for you.

The forums are the best place to post your questions about using Watson Analytics or let the IBM team know about any issues you’re encountering while using it.

Users of IBM Watson Analytics, including IBM Watson Analytics for Social Media, who purchased their subscription through a third party eCommerce marketplace or IBM Solution Provider should contact that organization directly for support.

If you subscribe to IBM Watson Analytics Plus or Professional and are unable to find an answer to your question in the forums, or a question you have posted there hasn’t been answered, you can chat online with a member of our Watson Analytics support team or open a support ticket.

Note that this service is currently available in English only, and only to IBM Watson Analytics Personal and Professional subscribers.
