Effective on the dates shown, IBM® will withdraw from marketing, part numbers from the following products licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement:

Effective October 23, 2009 and January 8, 2010, IBM will withdraw from marketing, programs and features licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement. On or after that date, you can no longer obtain these programs directly from IBM. You can obtain these programs on an as-available basis through IBM Remarketers.
Effective January 8, 2010 the following programs and features for IBMTivoli License Compliance Manager for z/OS® will be withdrawn:

Migration information for IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager customers
- IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager customers current on service and support are entitled to IBM Tivoli Asset Discovery for Distributed V7.2 and IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT V7.2.
- Eligible customers will have their use entitlements migrated to the replacement offerings at no additional charge.
- The migration to IBM Tivoli Asset Discovery for Distributed V7.2 is for the same capacity as currently licensed by the customer for IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager.
- The migration to IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT V7.2 will be for one concurrent user regardless of the capacity licensed by the customer for IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager.
Migration information for IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager for z/OS customers
- IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager for z/OS customers current on service and support are entitled to IBM Tivoli Asset Discovery for z/OS V7.2 and IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT V7.2.
- Eligible customers can migrate their use entitlements to the replacement offerings at no additional charge.
- Customers not current on service and support, will have to pay a get-current or service and support reinstatement fee.
- The migration to IBM Tivoli Asset Discovery for z/OS V7.2 is for the same capacity as currently licensed by the customer for IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager for z/OS.
- The migration to IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT V7.2 will be for one concurrent user regardless of the capacity licensed by the customer for IBM Tivoli License Compliance Manager for z/OS. The replacement part numbers for IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT V7.2 are:
