Effective April 30, 2014, IBM® will withdraw support for the following programs licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement:

Effective April 30, 2017, IBM will withdraw support for the following programs licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement:

As the leading provider of Enterprise Content Management software, IBM is committed to delivering new, innovative products to our customers. One of our goals is to emphasize the development and marketing of leading-edge software built on industry-standard technology. As a result of this commitment, IBM will withdraw FileNet Business Process Framework. IBM will continue to focus development efforts on IBM Case Manager, our strategic product for case-style solutions. The recommended path forward if you are a Business Process Framework customer who wishes to create new case-style solutions is through IBM Case Manager. The period from this announcement and ending April 30, 2017, is provided to ensure adequate time for IBM FileNet Business Process Framework customers to move to IBM Case Manager or alternative solutions.
