IBM QRadar Advisor with Watson Advanced Service

This remotely delivered subscription service provides you with any of the following consulting services for up to five days within a 1-year period:

  • Evaluate your SOC process, including investigation and incident response process
  • Evaluate reference-sets response
  • Adjust auto-analysis for high-magnitude offenses
  • Use case development
  • Provide recommendation for SOC incident investigation process change with Watson
  • Give guidance on how to most efficiently understand and incorporate the data from QRadar Advisor with Watson into your existing processes
  • Provide knowledge transfer on pertinent QRadar Advisor with Watson subjects
  • Provide next steps in building a mature QRadar Advisor with Watson application

The following activities are available, if needed, to accelerate the value of QRadar Advisor with Watson:

  • Perform a health check on your QRadar deployment
  • Perform additional tuning on the existing QRadar deployment
  • Assist with adding additional log sources to your QRadar deployment that would help improve the value of QRadar Advisor with Watson

IBM QRadar Advisor with Watson Basic Setup Service

This remotely delivered service provides you with any of the following consulting services for up to 40 hours within a 90 day period:

  • Evaluate your SOC process, including investigation and incident response process
  • Implement QRadar Advisor with Watson in the your environment by:
    • Installing QRadar Advisor with Watson
    • Mapping unified properties to QRadar Advisor with Watson
    • Implementing reference-sets response
    • Adjusting auto-analysis for high-magnitude offenses
    • Using case guidance
  • Provide recommendation for SOC incident investigation process change with Watson
