IBM® Resilient® Incident Response Platform ((IRP) on Cloud orchestrates and automates the people, process, and technology that are associated with incident response. Resilient IRP on Cloud streamlines incident response and privacy response management and provides an automatic, fast, and flexible way for organizations to react to incidents. Resilient IRP on Cloud includes:

  • Time-based Dynamic Playbooks that enable automatic escalations and follow-up actions for security teams using Resilient and for integrations with clients' IT tools
  • Workflows with in-product scripting capabilities dramatically that expand the customizations and automations that are available within the platform
  • Role-based access control that provides granular permission assignments and helps to simplify access requirements for clients who use Resilient across multiple teams

Resilient IRP on Cloud requires one of the following supported web browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox, latest version for your operating system and ESR 38
  • Google Chrome, latest version for your operating system
  • Safari, latest version for Mac

Authorized User

Authorized User is a unit of measure by which the Cloud Service can be obtained. Client must obtain separate, dedicated entitlements for each unique Authorized User given access to the Cloud Service in any manner directly or indirectly (for example, through a multiplexing program, device or application server) through any means. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover the number of Authorized Users given access to the Cloud Service during the measurement period specified in Client's PoE or Transaction Document.

Engagement

Engagement is a unit of measure by which the services can be obtained. An Engagement consists of professional and/or training services related to the Cloud Service. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover each Engagement.

Instance

Instance is a unit of measure by which the Cloud Service can be obtained. An Instance is access to a specific configuration of the Cloud Service. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained for each Instance of the Cloud Service made available to access and use during the measurement period specified in Client's PoE or Transaction Document.
