Overview

IBM Sterling® Order Management Software is a comprehensive solution suite that includes multiple editions, add-on components, as well as traditional and container distributions. To simplify entitlement management across the solution suite, licenses are updated.

Standardized resource value unit (RVU) table for order lines now used across the solution suite

A single, standard RVU table, enables graduated tier pricing, and guides entitlement purchase volumes and tracks order line consumption across the solution suite. The RVU changes apply to all base and add-on components, and help to maintain the consistency in the scaling ratio and conversion calculation by balancing the quantity transition across the entitlement tiers.

Supporting programs referenced in licenses no longer include version numbers

Supporting programs that are bundled and entitled as restricted use with Sterling™ Order Management Software no longer include version numbers. This change lets organizations use the latest versions of the supporting programs instead of waiting for a Sterling Order Management Software license update. Affected supporting programs include the following:
