Today, IBM announces increases in purchase prices on April 18, 2017. The new, higher purchase prices are effective April 18, 2017. The increased purchase prices do not apply to orders that were received by IBM before April 18, 2017, and the on-order machines will be shipped on or before April 18, 2017. State and local government customers: The increased purchase prices do not apply to orders that were received by IBM before April 18, 2017. In addition, the machines must be shipped on or before the estimated shipment date in effect on April 18, 2017, or be shipped on or before April 18, 2017, whichever is later. For machines purchased under an existing IBM volume commitment or special bid, the respective price protection provisions apply. Should you require additional information, please contact your IBM representative.
