Overview
In Software Announcement 222-003, dated April 5, 2022, the hardware requirements for the SQL Data Insights function of IBM® Db2® for z/OS® on IBM z16™ stated that performance improvements require the IBM Z® Integrated Accelerator for AI (zAIU) component of IBM z16 with IBM z/OS V2.4, or later. The correct statement is that the SQL Data Insights function can exploit the IBM Z Integrated Accelerator for AI (zAIU) component of IBM z16 with z/OS V2.4, or later.

Ordering information
Customized offerings
Program deliverables are shipped only through CBPDO, ServerPac, SystemPac.
CBPDO and ServerPac are offered for internet delivery, where Shopz program ordering is available. Internet delivery of ServerPac may help improve automation and software delivery time. For more details on Internet delivery, see the Help section on the Shopz website.
You choose the delivery method when you order the software. IBM recommends internet delivery. In addition to internet and DVD, the supported tape delivery options for CBPDO, ServerPac, and SystemPac, include:

Most program can be ordered in ServerPac and SystemPac the month following their availability on CBPDO. z/OS can be ordered through all three offerings on the planned availability date. Production of software product orders will begin on the planned availability date.
- CBPDO shipments will begin one week after the planned availability date.
- ServerPac shipments will begin two weeks after the planned availability date.
- SystemPac shipments will begin four weeks after the planned availability date.
