Overview

The country availability for IBM® Storage Expert Care and Committed Fix for IBM FlashSystem® 5200, FlashSystem 7200, FlashSystem 9200, FlashSystem 7300, and FlashSystem 9500 as announced in the following Services Announcements has changed:

• FlashSystem 5200 ZS21-0002, dated February 9, 2021
• FlashSystem 5200 ZS21-0010, dated March 16, 2021
• FlashSystem 7200 and FlashSystem 9200 ZS21-0014, dated August 17, 2021
• FlashSystem 7300 and FlashSystem 9500 ZS22-0001, dated February 8, 2022

Effective immediately, the following offerings are available in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Ukraine, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine (Embargoed).

Effective immediately, the following offerings are available in Turkey.

Storage Expert Care is not available in Angola, Andorra, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Comoros, Monaco, Pitcairn, Saint Helena Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, Senegal, South Sudan, State of Palestine, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Vanuatu, Western Sahara, and Yemen.

Effective immediately, Storage Expert Care for FlashSystem 5200, FlashSystem 7200, and FlashSystem 9200 is available in Tunisia.

Effective immediately, the following offerings are available in Pakistan:
