IBM® は、 IBM ServicePac® のサービスを新に追加します。 IBM Storage製品：8969-F24, 8969-P96, 8969-R96, 5341-993, 5341-994, 5341-996, 5341-998, 5341-E96, 3580-H95,3572-S9H.

ServicePac は、サービスを製品構成のフィーチャーとしてより容易に入手できるように設計されており、 ServicePac があれば、Storage製品に対する「製品保守サービス」などのサービスが受けられます。 IBM スペシャリストの早期介入により、お客さまの迅速な問題解決およびITご担当者さまの作業効率向上をサポートいたします。 ServicePac は、個々の消費者から大規模な企業に至るまで、すべての規模のお客様に適しており、利便性および使いやすさを向上させることができます。

ServicePac のサービスでは、Storage製品に対して、選択された商品番号に応じて、以下を提供します。

• 24時間体制のオンサイト・ハードウェア保守対応。 IBM ハードウェア保守対応の年数（期間）をご希望の年数からお選びいただけます。
• 修理で取り外した故障したIBM所有のメディア(Hard Disk Drives および Flash Drives)を技術員が持ち帰らずにお客さま所有としてお渡しするサービスをお選びいただけます。
• 保証サービスのアップグレード、ならびに保証および保守のオプション。

ServicePac のサービスの内容は、Storage製品にとても関連性があり、種類やサービスは商品によって異なります。

機器によっては、障害対応および予防保守として、ファームウェアの更新をお客様に代わって技術員が行う追加サービスもServicePacで提供します。

Key requirements

Machine Setup Support Services: Genie リフト・ツール・フィーチャー EB3Z とリフト・プレート・フィーチャー EB4Z は、サポート対象マシンを取り付けてセットアップするために必要です。 以前にこれらのフィーチャーを購入したお客様は、 IBM サービス担当員（SSR）が使用できるようにしていただく必要があります。これらのフィーチャーが以前に購入されていない場合は、これらのフィーチャーを構成に追加する必要があります。

追加サービスには、ServicePac　もしくは、Expert careの保証オプション、保守が必要です。

Machine Setup Support Services
