IBM Power Systems virtual capacity features for direct orders of Elastic Capacity on Demand (CoD)

Overview
Virtual capacity features are available for direct orders of Elastic CoD placed on the Entitled Systems Support (ESS) website or mobile app. Clients can continue to order directly through the ESS website with no changes to the Elastic CoD resources available. However, features used on the Elastic CoD order invoices will be changed to reflect these virtual capacity features, identical to the prior features they are replacing.

An IBM® Power® server with an IBM AIX®, Linux®, or IBM i operating system. See the Hardware requirements and Software requirements sections for detailed requirements.

Java is supported on POWER9 servers.
