IBM Intelligent Operations Center helps leaders in government and other organizations manage complex environments with a solution that delivers operational insights. Intelligent Operations Center offers integrated data visualization, near real-time collaboration, and deep analytics to help organizations enhance the ongoing efficiency of operations, plan for growth, and coordinate and manage response efforts. Intelligent Operations Center provides integrated maps, online dashboards, customizable reports, multiple analytic algorithms, interactive standard operating procedures, and other tools.
Intelligent Operations Center allows organizations to:
- Track progress toward goals with a status dashboard and trends.
- Collaborate with a common view of the situation.
- Analyze data with powerful predictive, statistics, and optimization engines to help detect patterns.
- Visualize data and analytics results on a map, list, and calendar view to maximize human interaction.
- Uses a device management enablement (DME) feature to help manage interconnected assets and time series sensor data.
- Coordinate actions across an organization with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to help users not miss steps.
- Notify appropriate responders and stakeholders with a personalizable notification system and automated actions.
